WHERE THE COUNTRY COMES TO LIFE
The Beckbury Show is now moving into its second decade, which we hope will every bit as successful as the first. What started back in 2008 as a small acorn has grown into a mighty oak, and a fixture in the Shropshire summer calendar.
This year, the Show is being held on Saturday, 7th September, on the same spacious 14 acre site. We open at 11.00 am and the Show ends at 5.00 pm. There are attractions and great things to do for all ages – never forgetting the main point that the Show is designed as a fun filled, inexpensive day out for the whole family: great value at £2.50 per head, including the programme, and FREE car parking! Entry for kids under 12 is free! The show is generously sponsored by Rybrook BMW – Wolverhampton.
The heart of the Show is the main arena where a variety of traditional country pursuits and activities will be on display throughout the day for the enjoyment of all, including, equestrian dressage, gun dog displays, falconry, music and dance acts – and not forgetting the ever-popular Produce Show.

On the Food & Drink front, there will be a Beer Tent with real ales, lagers and cider, a Shropshire Hog Roast and a BBQ, featuring Beaman’s Bridgnorth bangers and steak burgers… Mmmm, sizzle-sational!
The Shropshire Farmers’ Market, a firm favourite, will be with us once again. It has grown over the years and features a wide range of local produce and crafts. Come and have a look!
As ever, this year’s 11th Beckbury Show will be a great day out for the entire family with something for everyone. We hope you enjoy it and extend a warm welcome to you in our beautiful village. As a not-for-profit organisation, everyone associated with the show is a volunteer and all proceeds go to our local nominated charities.
